摘　　要：平衡针灸学是在传统针灸学的基础上,以阴阳整体学说为理论基石,神经调控机制为物质基础,经长期实践摸索和验证而形成发展起来的一门新兴针灸学。笔者在临床实习工作中亲睹带习老师使用平衡针灸并获得良好疗效,尤其对一名肝穿刺后胸痛的患者只一次便痊愈感触颇深。据统计目前临床采用针灸治疗的疾病种类不断增加,患者更多追求有效、快速、痛苦小的治疗方法。因此,针灸成为人们选择治病的常用手段,而平衡针方法使用穴位少、操作简便、时间短见效快,能够减少临床医师的工作量并快速减轻患者的痛苦。The balance acupuncture is a new acupuncture on the basis of the traditional acupuncture, which is on the theory of yin and yang and the nerve meridian regulatory mechanism for material base after practicing and researching for a long time. The author witnessed the teacher could often receive good effect when used the balance acupuncture in the process of treating in the clinical prac- tice work, especially for a patient once healed who with chest pain after liver biopsy. According to statistics at present the clinical use of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of the disease is increasing, patients pursue more effective, rapid and painful treatment means. Therefore, the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion has become a common means for people to choose to treat disea- ses,so this method uses less acupoints, easy to operate, time short and quick effect, which can reduce the workload of clinicians and the pain of the patients.
