摘 要:复杂曲面零件成形一直是诸多学者的研究热点,为了提高复杂曲面零件的成形性能以及壁厚均匀性.以铝合金异形底盒形件为研究对象,采用预胀的充液拉深技术对5A06铝合金盒形件进行数值模拟,探索预胀压力和预胀高度等参数对异形底盒形件成形的影响规律,分析成形过程中控制参数变化对零件成形性能以及壁厚分布的影响.当预胀压力为8 MPa,预胀高度为12mm,液室压力为20 MPa以及压边间隙为1.03 mm时为本模型的最合理方案.为异形底盒形件充液拉深成形的工艺参数的制定提供了参考以及对复杂零件成形的工艺分析具有一定指导意义.Complex curved surface parts forming has been a research focus for many scholars. To improve the forming performance and the uniformity of wall thickness of complex curved surfaee forming parts, the paper takes the irregular bottom square cups as an example, the numerical simulation is carried out about the square cups of 5A06 aluminum alloy by applying the pre-bulging process, to explore the pre-bulging pressure, the height of pre- bulging and other parameters how to influence the irregular bottom square cups forming, and further analyze the effect on the forming performance and the uniformity of wall thickness by controlling the chang of each parameter in the forming process. The final results shows that the pre-bulging pressure is 8 MPa, the height of pre-bulging is 12 mm, the chamber pressure is 20 MPa and the blank holder gap is 1.03 mm. It is the optimal scheme. This paper provides a reference for the study about the process parameters of the irregular bottom square cups in the deep draw- ing forming process and provides certain guiding significance for the process analysis of the complex parts forming.
