摘  要:针对发电机在运行过程中,会受到多种因素影响而出现各类故障等问题展开研究,这些问题若无法及时发现可能会导致很严重的后果.在深入研究励磁式发电机定、转子结构的基础上,设计了励磁式发电机故障模拟实验系统,该系统采用两级发电式结构,故障设置操作简单.该系统可模拟主发电机定子绕组匝间短路故障、定子绕组相间短路故障;转子偏心故障;励磁机定子绕组匝间短路故障、转子绕组匝间短路故障、相间短路故障.旋转整流器三相桥式电路中,可设置某一功率二极管开路故障.该实验系统能够实现发电机故障的定位并提高发电机运行的可靠性.In the operation process, generator will be affected by many factors and cause various kinds of prob- lems, if we fail to find problems that coauld lead to serious consequences. The excitation generator fault simulation experimental teaching system is designed based on further studying the stator and rotor structure of the excitation generator. Two levels of generation structure are used in this system and fault set operation is simple. The system can simulate inter-turn short circuit, inter-phase short circuit of stator winding and the rotor eccentricity fault for main generator. It can also simulate inter-turn short circuit of stator winding and inter-turn short circuit, inter-phase short circuit of rotor winding for exciter. One power diode can be set at open-circuit fault in three-phase full-wave bridge rotating rectifier. The experiment system can realize the generator fault positioning and improve the operation reliability of generator.
