摘　　要：阐释高校跨学科科技团队的内涵及其价值,探讨在跨学科时代背景下,高校跨学科科技团队的构建机制及发展的路径选择,以便实现传统科研组织管理模式下的新突破,进而提高高校的跨学科研究水平和科技创新能力。This paper explains the concept and value of interdisciplinary science and technology team in universi- ties, and explores the selection of universities on the construction mechanism and development path of the interdisci- plinary science and technology team in the background of interdisciplinary era, so as to achieve new breakthroughs in the traditional organizational management mode of scientific research, and improve the level of interdisciplinary re- search as well as the scientific and technological innovation abilities of universities thereby.
