摘　　要：珠三角地区为我国早期经济发展的龙头,在我国经济处于新常态下,面临产业结构调整和转型升级。当前珠三角的制造业出现产能过剩、劳动力成本上升、加之世界经济前景的不确定性,导致工业产品出口增速放缓等问题,迫切需要珠江三角的制造业转型升级与产业结构调整,实现制造业由劳动密集型向资本技术密集型过渡,通过定性和定量的分析,探究在新常态下珠三角在制造业转型升级与技术创新的路径,并提出相应对策。the Pearl River Delta region as our country＇s leading economic development, in China＇s economy in the new normal, facing the industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading. At present, the Pearl River Delta manufacturing overcapacity, rising labor costs, coupled with uncertainty about the outlook for the world economy, resulting in industrial products export slowdown and other issues, there is an urgent need for manufactur- ing industries in the Pearl River Delta transformation and upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure, the real- ization of manufacturing by fatigue dynamic intensive to capital and technology intensive transition. Through quali- tative and quantitative analysis, to explore in the new normal, the Pearl River Delta in the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading and technological innovation path, and put forward the corresponding countermeas- ures.
