中国生物医药产业发展现状分析——基于1995—2015年统计数据

摘　　要：论文以生物医药产业为研究对象,利用1995—2015年的数据分析整理了生物医药产业发展历程,将生物医药产业分为起步、加速发展和跨越式发展三个阶段并详述其特征。虽然经历了快速发展,生物医药产业现阶段仍存在一些问题:政府支持不足、资本市场支撑不足、研发质量较低和专业化程度较低。为解决上述问题,我们从政府统筹引导、企业研发协调等方面提出生物医药产业专业化道路的发展建议。Based on the data of China Statistics Yearbook on High Technology Industry （1995-2015） , we analyzed the development of biopharmaceutical industry. The results show that it went through three stages： starting stage, accelerating stage and leapfrog stage. Focus on the status quo of China＇s biopharmaceutieal industry, such as limited government support, limited venture capital support, low level of R＆D and low level of specialization, we proposed recommendations to a specialization development path from the perspective of government＇s overall planning and firms＇ coordinated R＆D.
