摘 要:总体把握三江平原耕地质量等别特征及空间分异规律,可为地区耕地质量保护、基本农田划定及建设提供依据。本研究以黑龙江省农用地分等国家级汇总成果为基础数据,综合分析三江平原耕地等别数量结构、区域分布、耕作制度特征及其耕地本底影响因素。结果表明,三江平原耕地等别为9~14等,主要为中低等地,平均为11.8等,耕地质量相对较低;三江平原中等地占总耕地面积的80.07%,低等地占19.93%,中部及南部地区的密山、友谊、桦川、桦南等县(市)耕地质量相对较高,东北地区的抚远、同江、饶河等县(市)耕地质量较低,耕地质量等别出现偏态态势,耕地质量等别由中心向四周逐渐降低。未来耕地保护及基本农田建设应根据不同区域的限制因素提出针对性措施。It could provide a theoretical basis for cultivated land protection, basic farmland demarcated and construction by statistics the cultivated land quality and space differentiation characteristics of Sanjiang Plain. This study based on national agricultural land grading results of Heilongjiang Province. The purpose is to comprehensive analysis the cultivated land number structure, regional dis- tribution, farming system characteristics and background factors of Sanjiang Plain. The results show that, the Sanjiang Plain farmland grade is 9 - 14, the average level is 11.8 ,the cultivated land quality grading of Sanjiang Plain is low. There is no high quality cultivat- ed land and the moderate land area accounted for 80.07%. The level of cultivated land accounted for 19.93% ; Sanjiang Plain in central and southern areas of cultivated land quality is better, such as Mishan, Youyi, Huachuan, Huanan counties and etc. Northeast area of Sanjiang Plain has a lower cultivated land quality, such as Fuyuan, Tongjiang, Raohe counties and etc. Cultivated land quality level is skewness type and the cultivated land quality from the center to the surrounding will decrease. Therefore, the future land protects and basic farmland construction should adjust measures to local conditions, put forward different regional measures according to the different limiting factors. The results could provide a scientific and reasonable basis for basic farmland demarcated, land management, agriculture comprehensive development and construction.
