摘　　要：公益创业支撑体系建设是国家公共服务体系和区域创新系统的重要组成部分。立足于组织发展需求,以广东省503个大学生公益创业组织为研究对象,探讨组织的分布、设立与运行状况,发现:组织分布呈现区域不平衡的特点;在组织设立上,团队组建自主灵活,创业领域多样、服务丰富,启蒙指导陷困境;在组织运行上,公益营销能力较强,外部支撑需求明显,面临的风险与挑战突出。基于调查,构建包含内部支撑、政策支撑、智力支撑和社会支撑为一体的广东大学生公益创业支撑体系,有利于创造可持续的共享价值。Construction of support system for social entrepreneurship is an important part of national public service system and regional innovation system. Based on the demands of organizational development,the studyinvestigated the distribution,establishment and operation of 503 collegiate social entrepreneurships in Guangdong province,and found that the distribution of organization is out of balance among different regions;associations go self-determinated and team building flexibility,entrepreneurship is diverse and rich in services,but enlightening guidance has been crippled in the organization establishment;with strong public service marketing ability,external support demand is obvious,but risks and challenges are also prominent in organization operation.Based on investigation,the support system of collegiate social entrepreneurship in Guangdong province is constructed by internal support,policy support,intellectual support and social support to create sustainable shared values.
