摘 要:由于国内对海水中有机质耗氧过程的观测,大多局限于实验室模拟培养实验,尚缺乏进行现场培养实验的手段.为此,自主研发了一种海底水体溶解氧消耗过程原位培养装置.该装置集成了包括电子控制模块、电机、培养容器与海水测量传感器等在内的电控处理模块和机械结构框架于一体,并讨论了其电控处理模块的详细设计,给出了实物样机在象山港海域所进行的性能测试结果.结果表明:设计的现场培养装置具备对海底水体的溶解氧耗氧过程进行现场培养和观测的功能,对于国内开展底层水体缺氧区观测和了解当地生态环境状况具有重要意义.The domestic observation of dissolved oxygen consumption process of organic matter in seawater is mainly limited to the laboratory simulation experiment and lack in-situ cultivating experiment platform. In order to solve this problem an in-situ cultivating equipment for benthic oxygen consumption process is designed in this paper. The equipment is comprised of cultivating vessel, electronic control module, underwater motor, seawater measuring sensors and mechanical structure module, which has functions of observing dissolved oxygen consumption process and in- situ cultivation . The paper expounds the integral frame of the device, and discusses electronic controling and processing module. The performance test results of the prototype is given in the Xiangshan harbour. The function and feasibility of the device are analyzed and tested.
