摘 要:为了有效解决干旱区油田压裂液废水超标排放对土壤、地下水及荒漠植被带来的危害,本文以臭氧为氧化剂,铜绿假单胞杆菌(P.Aeruginosa,A)、油泥驯化后菌液(B)及美国生态实验室Microbe-lift水处理菌(C)为生物菌剂,开展了臭氧和生物法单独处理以及二者联合处理吐哈油田压裂液废水实验.研究结果表明:3种处理法以臭氧/生物法联合处理压裂液废水效果最优;废水COD初始值为3982.38 mg·L^(-1)时,经臭氧处理2.5 h后可使废水COD值降低62.24%;生物处理以多组混合菌群处理效果较好,使COD值进一步降低34.37%,其中,A、B、C菌群等比例混合后的接菌ABC处理可在150 h处理后使COD值降至135 mg·L^(-1),达到《废水综合排放标准》(GB8978—^(199)6)二级排放标准.In order to treat effectively the fracturing fluid wastewater discharged from oilfield at arid zone and protect the soil, groundwater and vegetation nearby, chose ozone, pseudomonas,indigenous petroleum degradation bacteria acclimated from oil sludge,and ecological laboratory Microbe-Lift from America(hereinafter referred to as bacterium A,B and C) as the oxidant and microbial inoculum,and explored the treatment efficiency of oxidation abone,bio-treatment alone and their combination in treating the wastewater discharged from Tuha oilfield. The results showed that the highest COD removal was achieved using to the combination of oxidation and bio-treatment,and 62. 24% COD was removed after 2. 5 hours of oxidation treatment when the initial COD was3982.38 mg·L^(-1). In the subsequent bio-treatment stage,the addition of multiple mixed bacteria further exhibited the best efficiency for wastewater bio-treatment with 34. 37% of COD removal correspondingly,and the COD in wastewater was reduce to 135 mg·L^(-1)in 150 hours of treatment by ABC treatment consisted of equal proportion mixture of A,B and C. The COD has met the secondary grade discharge standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB / 8978—^(199)6).Therefore,the method of combined oxidation and bio-treatment can be used to treat the fracturing fluid at oilfield in arid zone.
