摘 要:干旱是制约我国乃至世界小麦安全生产的重要因素之一,研究耐旱小麦的评价指标和农艺特征,为筛选小麦抗旱材料及提供依据。本研究采用二因素裂区设计,主因素为水分处理,副因素为小麦材料,研究了100份不同基因型小麦在全生育干旱胁迫和非干旱胁迫下农艺性状特征和抗旱性评价指标。小麦全生育期水分处理设置了干旱胁迫和正常供水,干旱胁迫采用干旱棚胁迫。结果表明,抗旱系数DC与干旱胁迫下产量(Yd)和正常供水下产量(Yw)无显著相关性。抗旱指数DI与Yd相关系数为0.8696,与Yw加无显著相关性(相关系数为0.0602)。算术平均生产力MP与产量(Yd和Yw)的相关系数分别为0.9526和0.7101。几何平均生产力GMP与Yw的相关系数为0.9482,与Yd的相关系数为0.6929。耐旱指数DTIv与Yw的相关系数为-0.3892,与Yd的相关系数为0.5368。干旱胁迫下单株籽粒产量、单株生物量、小穗数、单株分蘖数与小麦的抗旱性关联度很高,关联度分别为0.9397、0.9386、0.9201和0.9187。抗旱指数和算术平均数能反映在干旱胁迫和非水分胁迫下材料的高产性和稳产性,可作为抗旱筛选的首选指标。干旱胁迫下单株籽粒产量、单株生物量、小穗数和单株分蘖数是小麦抗旱性评价较为直观的农艺性状。Abstract:Drought was one of the important factors for restricting wheat safety production in China, even all over the world. Drought-resist- ance index and morphological index of drought resistance identification were compared to find appropriate drought-resistance index and related morphological index for evaluating wheat drought tolerance. The two factor split plots were designed, the main factors was water treatment, deputy factors was wheat materials, drought stress morphological characteristics and drought resistance index of 100 different genotype wheat were studied during whole growth period at drought shelter( drought stress) and normal water supply. The results showed that the drought co- efficient (DC) was no significant correlation with wheat yield under drought stress (Yd) and normal water supply (Yw). The correlation coef- ficient between drought index (DI) and Yd was 0. 8696, there was no significant correlation with Yw ( correlation = 0. 0602 ). The correlation coefficients for arithmetic mean productivity(MP) and wheat yield( Yd and Yw) were 0. 9526 and 0. 7101, respectively. The geometric aver- age productivity of GMP and Yw correlation coefficient is 0. 9482, and Yd correlation coefficient is 0. 6929. And the correlation coefficient for drought tolerance index for variety screening(DTIv) and Yw was-0. 3892, and Yd was 0. 5368.
