摘  要:本文以辣椒幼苗为材料,研究了低温弱光(16℃/4℃,100μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))和低温(16℃/4℃,300μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))对辣椒叶绿素含量、光合作用、叶绿素荧光参数和生理特性的影响。结果表明,当低温弱光或低温处理时,叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、初始荧光(F_o)、最大荧光(F_m)、最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)都降低,但叶片胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)增大;随着低温弱光或低温处理时间的延长,降低越明显,且低温弱光处理下降幅度更大。不同的处理下,叶片MDA含量先降低后升高,低温弱光处理下MDA含量高于低温处理,叶片SOD和Pro含量都先升高后降低。综合分析表明,低温弱光处理对辣椒造成的伤害比低温处理更为严重。Taken pepper seedlings as tested materials, the effects of low temperature and weak light (16℃/4℃,100μmol·m^-2·s^-1) and low temperature (16℃/4℃,300μmol·m^-2·s^-1) stress on the chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and physiological characteristics of pepper seedlings leaves were studied. The results showed that total chlorophyll ( Chl T) content, photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), transpiration rate ( Tr ), initial fluorescence ( Fo ), maximum fluorescence ( Fm ), the maximum photo- chemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) of pepper seedling leaves were declined, but intercellular CO2 concentration( Ci ) was increased under low temperature and weak light or low temperature stress. With the extension of processing time, the reduction of various indexs of low temperature and weak light were more serious than that of low temperature stress. Under different treatments, the MDA contents of pepper leaves were decreased firstly and then increased, MDA contents under low temperature and weak light were higher than that under low temperature stress, and SOD and Pro contents of leaves pepper were firstly increased and then decreased. Comprehensive analysis showed that the damage of pepper seedling by low temperature and weak light treatment were more serious than that by low temperature treatment.
