摘  要:为了研究阿克苏灰枣,在井武灌溉、漫灌条件下,径级(12±0.5)、(18±0.5)cm成龄灰枣展叶期日变化的光合特性差异。采用Li6400光合仪在晴朗无云天气下,测定净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等光合指标。结果表明,①通过日变化可知4组实验的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)均呈明显的双峰曲线,13:00—15:00有明显“午休现象”。②4组实验WUE无明显差异。③Ga是4组实验Pn最主要影响因子,PAR是4组实验一最重要影响因子。因此,井式灌溉对C1、C2光合作用与漫灌对C3、C4光合作用相似,井式灌溉满足不同径级成龄灰枣的正常光合作用。To study Aksu Jujube's photosynthetic characteristics differences of mature gray leaf maturity date change with diameter class being ( 12cm ± 0.5 cm), ( 18cm±0.5 cm) in pit irrigation and flood conditions, Li6400 photosynthesis system was adopted under cloudless weather and the net photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), stomatal conductance ( Gs ), intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci ), transpiration rate ( Tr ) and other photosynthetic indexes were measured. Results showed that (i) the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of 4 experiments ( Pn ), stomatal conductance ( Gs ), transpiration rate ( Tr ) showed a clear bimodal curve, 13 : 00 - 15 : 00 significantly midday depression. (ii) Four experiments WUE had no significant difference. (iii) Gs was the main impact factor for the 4 experiments and PAR was the most important factor of 4 experiments Tr. It was concluded that Pit Irrigation C1, C2 and flooding on photosynthesis C3, CA photosynthesis were similar to pit under irrigation to meet a normal photosynthesis age of Jujube.
