摘  要:研究了3.2%甲维盐·氯氰菊酯微乳剂中氯氰菊酯在甘蓝上的消解动态、残留以及室内清洗的去除效果,为甘蓝的安全食用提供理论依据。检测得到2013年氯氰菊酯在广东、广西、湖北三地甘蓝上的残留动态以及不同时间、不同温度清洗对高效氯氰菊酯残留量的影响。氯氰菊酯在甘蓝中降解速率较快,半衰期为2.14—2.56d,消解动态符合一级动力学方程。残留量与氯氰菊酯施药量、施药次数有关,氯氟菊酯在甘蓝中的残留量随着施药量增多而略有增高,施药次数越多残留量也越高。最终残留量的检测表明在国家规定的安全间隔期内即其在施药后的第3天采收氯氰菊酯的残留量均低于国家规定的最大残留限量(5mg/kg)。另外,在室内清洗过程中水温越高、洗涤浸泡时间越长,供试农药的去除率越高,基本可以保证甘蓝的放心安全使用。实验证明在安全间隔期内采收甘蓝经过室内常规清洗程序处理后食用是相对安全的。The objective of the study is to study the dissipation dynamic, residual of cypermethrin in cabbage and removal effect of home washing, and provide a theoretical basis for the safe consumption of cabbage. The dissipation dynamic of eypermethrin in cabbage in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hubei in 2013 and the cleaning effect of different time, different temperature on cypermethrin residues were studied. Cypermethrin degraded fast in cabbage, had a half-life of 2.14 -2.56 days. The resolution dynamic conformed to the first-order kinetics equation. The residue of cypermethrin was relative to application dosage and times. Cypermethrin residue in cabbage increased slightly with application dosage and the more times applied,the more the residues. The result of ultimate residual showed that cypermethrin ultimate residues were less than the maximum residue limit (5 mg/kg) when harvesting 3 days after applying. In addition, the higher the water temperature in the process of home washing, the longer the soak time, the higher the removal rate of cypermethrin, basic could be used to assure the safety of cabbage in the rest assured. This basically guarantees that cabbage can be eaten safely. It was relatively safe for us to eat cabbage after dealing with a variety of procedures.
