摘  要:运用菌落生长法比较8种杀菌剂单用及混合使用对4株枣缩果病病原菌的室内毒力,为田间有效防治新疆枣缩果病提供理论依据。结果表明:8种供试药剂使用对4株病原菌的抑制效果有一定差异,其中400g/L氟硅唑乳油和50%喹啉铜可湿性粉剂对4株病原菌有明显的毒力作用,且其EC50值分别为0.47~0.56、1.24~1.63mg/L。等量混用50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂+80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对4株病原菌的毒力有增效作用,而75%百菌清可湿性粉剂+70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂组合对病原菌的毒力则表现为拮抗作用。Using mycelium growth method, the comparisons of the toxicities of 8 fungicides by alone or mixed with an equal amount to Alternaria sp. were studied to provide a tbeoretical basis for controlling the jujube shrink disease in Xinjiang. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of eight kinds of drug used for the test on four pathogens had some diffferences, of which there were significantly effective on the virulence of 4 pathogens by the treatment of flusilazole 400 g/L EC and oxine-copper 50 % WP, and their EC50 values were 0.47 - 0.56, 1. 24 - 1.63 mg/L. The toxicity for 4 pathogens by balanced mix 50 % carbendazim WP + 80 % mancozeb WP was obviously enhanced. However, the toxicity for 4 pathogens by balanced mix 75 % chlorothalonil WP + 70 % thiophanate-methyl WP was declined.
