摘  要:为有效提高重油油藏及深层低渗透轻质油藏原油采收率,通过文献调研,研究并分析了国外注空气采油应用现状及技术效果。结果表明,采用火烧油层或THAI技术可使重油油藏采收率分别达到50%及80%,COSH技术尚处于室内研究阶段,理论上效果最好。对于重质油藏火驱项目,气油比是最重要的参数,一般介于1 246 m3/m3~4 094 m3/m3,对于深层低渗透轻质油藏高压注空气项目,烟道气驱及热效应对空气驱提高采收率的贡献分别占69%与26.7%。我国重油油藏及西部低渗透轻质油藏可借鉴国外类似地区空气驱项目的成功经验,筛选适宜的火驱技术,进一步完善并推广我国注空气采油技术。Enhanced oil recovery from heavy oil reservoirs and deep,low permeability,light oil reservoirs has always been a hot topic.Air flooding is a proven EOR technology,and it is more economical.The application situation and its effect of air flooding EOR technology was summarized in this paper, which showed that by adopting ISC(in-situ combustion) and THAI(toe-to-heel air injection)technology,the recovery factor could reach 50 % and 80 %respectively. COSH, which is short for the combustion override split production horizontal well, is a newly air injection technology,which symbolizes several vertical injection wells and one horizontal production well.Like SAGD(steam-assisted gravity drainage) technology,COSH technology combines fire flooding and gravity drainage technology and it is still underlaboratory study. In forms of economics,air oil ratio was considered to be the most important parameter for ISC commercial projects,which generally ranged from 1 246 to 4 094 m3/m3.HPAI(high pressure air injection)technology is suitable for deep,low permeability,light oil reservoirs,with oil displacement mechanism of flue-gas drive and thermal effect.For enhanced oil recovery by air flooding, the contribution of flue-gas drive accounts for 69 % and thermal effect 26.7 %.Generally speaking, high pressure assures miscible flooding,while it was suggested that HPAI could enhance oil recovery effectively whether the miscible process could be reached or not.This study provides reference meaning for the screening of technology applied to heavy oil reservoirs or low permeability reservoirs, as well as the perfection and popularization of air flooding technology in China.
