摘  要:神木气田应用井下节流、中低压集气模式,采用多层系开采,气井具有普遍产水的特点,目前计算节流器气嘴直径用的是纯气相条件下的计算公式,而液体通过气嘴时使气体有效过流面积减小,会造成实际产量比理论产量偏小,容易造成井筒积液无法排出。通过井下节流多相流模拟试验装置,模拟单相临界状态下,定气嘴直径d和节流嘴上游P1时出口气量Q;在P1不变条件下,加入不同比例的水进行测试,每组通过更换大直径气嘴,使出口气量达到初期给定气量Q,得出不同液气比条件下气嘴直径;最后对不同液量过节流气嘴需放大的气嘴直径比例进行拟合,并结合纯气相节流气嘴直径计算公式,优化出不同生产液气比条件下气嘴直径;通过现场分析评价,应用效果良好,解决了产液气井节流气嘴直径计算偏小问题。Shenmu gasfield application of downhole throttling,low set pattern,with the exploitation of multilayer system,gas well has generally produce water characteristics,the calculation of the current restrictor gas nozzle diameter is pure gas phase under the condition of the calculation formula and liquid through the nozzle gas effective flow area is reduced, will cause the actual output than the theoretical yield smaller,easy to cause the wellbore liquid can not be discharged.The downhole throttling multiphase flow simulation test device,the simulation of single-phase critical state,fixed nozzle diameter and nozzle d upstream of the P1 export volume Q,on P1 under the condition of constant testing,adding different proportion of water,each through the replacement of large diameter gas nozzle,the export volume reaches a given initial volume Q,the under the condition of different ratio of liquid to gas nozzle diameter.The different amount of fluid flow to enlarge the holidays mouth nozzle diameter ratio was fitted,and combined with the pure gas throttle nozzle diameter calculation formula,optimized production ratio of liquid to gas under the condition of different nozzle diameter.Analysis and evaluation through the site,good application effect and solve a small calculation of liquid gas well throttle nozzle diameter.
