摘 要:液锁效应是影响气井生产的重要因素,在低渗透、特低渗透的致密砂岩气藏中,由于孔喉细小,非均质性强,液锁效应更加显著。苏里格上古气藏在钻采过程中存在着不同形式的液锁伤害,本文系统分析了其损害机理和主要影响因素。液锁伤害程度主要与储层渗透率、孔隙度、初始含水饱和度及油水界面张力有关,还与储集层岩性、胶结物类型及含量、孔隙结构特征和侵入流体的性质有关。通过分析苏6区块28口老井在不同生产条件下的液锁解除实践,结合目前苏里格气田排水采气措施有效率有待提高的现状,提出开展液锁防治技术研究的必要性和储层气润湿反转、含氟烷基泡排剂研制以及利用气举开展液锁解除的工艺探讨,以期进一步提高苏里格上古气藏的综合开发效益。Hydraulic lock effect is one of the important factors affecting gas well production.Due to the small and narrow pore throat with strong heterogeneity,fluid lock effect is of more significant in the low permeability and extra-low permeability of tight sandstone gas reservoir.There are different forms of fluid locking damage during the process of drilling of production on upper Paleozoic gas reservoirs in the Sulige gasfield.The damage mechanism and relative influence factors,such as reservoir permeability,porosity,initial water saturation and oil-water interfacial tension,along with reservoir lithology,cement type and content,pore structure characteristics and the nature of the invaded fluid,were analyzed in this paper.By analyzing the field practice of hydraulic damage-removed on 28 old wells under different production conditions,in Su 6 block,combined with the fact that the efficiency of drainage gas recovery need to be improved,the prevention and control technology of hydraulic lock damage, besides strengthening theoretical research, count-measures such as gas reservoir wettability reversal,foam agent with fluorine alkyl and the use of gas lift to remove the hydraulic lock,is of great significance to further improve the comprehensive benefit of Sulige gasfield.
