摘 要:为了研究二级节流结构在水压锥阀中的抗气蚀特性,首先从理论上进行分析,然后通过CFD软件,对不同锥角二级节流锥阀的三维流道进行气穴流场的数值模拟计算。通过仿真计算,得到相应的压力分布云图和气体体积百分比分布。分析压力分布对气体体积数的影响,并将结果与一级节流进行对比分析,采用二级节流使得节流口进出口压降减小,经过阀口的最低压力升高,气体体积百分数明显降低;在开度为0.4mm、阀芯半锥角为30°时,没有产生气泡,直接抑制气蚀的产生。因此,二级节流结构能够有效地减轻水压锥阀的气蚀现象。For the purpose of studying anti-cavitation performance of secondary throttle structure in hydraulic pressure cone valve,first,we analyze from theory angle,secondly,by CFD software,the three-dimensional flow pass of secondary throttle cone valve with different cone angle is conducted numerical simulation calculation of cavitating flow.By simulating calculation,we get corresponding pressure distribution nephogram,gas volume percent distribution which are used to analyze the effect of pressure distribution on gas volume.Compare the result with first class throttle,and use secondary throttle to reduce pressure drop of in and out throttle,as a result,the minimum pressure passing valve port increases,and gas volume percentage remarkably reduces;when opening is 0.4mm and valve element half cone angle is 30°,there is not bubble,so cavitation is restrained.Consequently,secondary throttle can effectively relieve the cavitation phenomenon of hydraulic pressure cone valve.
