农村“五位一体”养老模式的探索——基于温州农村个案的比较分析

摘　　要：对温州农村个案的分析表明,在温州农村养老方面,政府、社会、村集体、家庭、个体尚未形成"五位一体"的合力。为有效构建"五位一体"养老模式,必须发挥政府主导和保障职能,稳步发展民营养老机构,发挥村两委"大家长"作用,优化家庭养老功能,加强农民自我养老能力。The analysis on the individual cases in rural Wenzhou indicates that in old-age supporting system the government, society, village community, families and individuals have not made joint efforts of ＂combining five in one＂. In order to construct the effective ＂combining five in one＂ old-age supporting system, measures should be taken to exercise the leading role and supporting function of the government, steadily develop private-run nursing homes, play the role of ＂parents＂ of two village committees, optimize families in functioning as old-age support and improve farmers＇ ability to care and support themselves at old ages.
