摘 要:生产流程卡是精密铸造企业进行生产、实施工艺、控制质量等过程中不可缺少的可追溯性档案。为了评估笔者之前提出的生产流程卡主子卡方案的应用效果,本文基于层次分析法与模糊综合评价构建了精铸生产流程卡评价模型。首先通过分析确定精铸生产流程卡的各个评价指标,然后采用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,最后使用模糊综合评价法对不同生产流程卡方案进行综合评分。使用该评价模型对某企业改进前后生产流程卡应用效果进行评估,结果表明该企业改进后的生产流程卡优于改进前的生产流程卡。该评估模型可为精铸企业生产流程卡进一步改善提供指导。Production process card is an indispensable traceability file in the investment casting production process, process implementation, and quality control. In order to evaluate the quality of main-sub solution production process cards for investment casting, this paper presents a method of casting production process card evaluation based on AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and FCE (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method). Through research and analysis of the application scenarios, indicators used to evaluate the casting production process card are determined. Then the weights of various evaluation indicators are determined by AHP and the quality of different scheme of the production process card is assessed by FCE. By using this method, a comprehensive evaluation of the production process card before and after improvement is made. The results show that the improved production process card is better than the unimproved, which provides guidance for further improvement of the production process card in precision enterprises.
