摘 要:通过中频感应炉熔炼,吹氩精炼,制备了低硫磷的Si-Mn系低合金铸钢试样,采用正火+淬火+低温回火工艺对样块热处理,并测试其硬度与冲击韧性,采用OM、SEM观察了试样的组织与断口形貌。研究结果表明:碳含量为0.33%时,洛氏硬度为HRC 48,冲击值AKV为38 J/cm^2,合金的综合力学性能最优,其组织以板条马氏体和残余奥氏体为主,还有少量贝氏体。随着碳含量的增加,残余奥氏体量减少,针状马氏体以及碳化物增多,合金硬度上升,但冲击韧性明显下降。The samples of Si-Mn low-alloy cast steel were prepared by a process of medium-frequency induction furnace and argon blowing refining. Through normalizing, quenching and low tempering treatment, the hardness and impact toughness of samples were measured. In addition, the microstructure and appearance of fracture of samples were investigated by using of OM and SEM. The results show that with the optimized C content of 0.33%, Rockwell hardness and impact toughness of sample is HRC 48 and 38 J/cm2 respectively. The microstructure of the optimized sample contains lath martensite, retained austenite, and few bainite. With C content increasing, retained austenite of the alloy reduces, carbide and acicular martensite increase, hardness improves, while impact toughness declines significantly.
