摘 要:针对大功率LED驱动电源需要实现多路均流的特点,提出了一种基于CLL谐振的多路输出LED驱动方案。驱动电路前级采用临界模式下的Boost拓扑实现功率因数校正(PFC)功能,后级采用CLL谐振拓扑实现LED负载恒流。首先对CLL谐振变换器的电路原理进行了分析,通过将副边四路输出等效为单路输出,采用基波近似法分析加平衡电容的CLL谐振变换器,求得该变换器的直流电压增益公式和恒流公式。讨论了CLL谐振变换器和Boost型PFC电路的主要参数设计。在此基础上制作了样机,实验结果表明,采用CLL谐振的两级结构电路能高效地驱动LED电源,且各LED串之间具有较好的均流效果。Because of the high power LED driver required for current balancing, a multi-output LED driver with CLL resonant utilizing the charge balance of the block capacitors is proposed. The first stage circuit using BCM boost topology achieves PFC function, while the second stage using CLL resonant converter realizes the current balancing between LED strings. The principle of the CLL resonant converter is analyzed. This paper merges four outputs into one and adopts the fundamental harmonic approximation analysis method to obtain the voltage and current characteristic of the converter. The key parameters of the CLL resonant converter and Boost-type PFC is also presented. On the basis of above analysis, a prototype was built up. The experiment results prove that the circuit adopting the CLL resonant converter can efficiently drive the LED strings. Meanwhile, each LED has the good perfor- mance of current balancing.
