摘 要:使用棉纤维及不锈钢长丝制备两种粗细相同的赛络包芯及赛络菲尔复合纱线,并测试其基础性能。分别使用两种纱线织制了纬平、1+1罗纹、提花和集圈式双层4种不同组织的针织物,测量并计算每种织物的未充满系数。对每种织物的电磁屏蔽性能进行测试,分析电磁波频率、纱线种类及织物结构对于织物屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,两种纱线均能满足电脑横机的织制性能要求,其中赛络包芯纱的强力较好。4种组织中纬平针的未充满系数最小,提花组织最大。随着电磁波频率的提高,织物的反射损耗逐渐降低,吸收损耗逐渐提高,多次反射修正损耗始终保持较小值,在1 000 MHz以内时未充满系数与屏蔽效能间存在显著的线性负相关。赛络菲尔纱织物的屏蔽效能稍低于赛络包芯纱织物,但相差不大。Cotton fibers and stainless steel filaments were used to make Siro core-spun yarns and Sirofil yarns,and their basic properties were tested. The two kinds of yarns were used to make four kinds of fabrics which are plainknitted,1 + 1 rib loop,jacquard stitch,and double layer tuck knitted fabrics. The unfullness coefficients of each kind of fabrics were calculated. Electromagnetic shielding property of each kind of fabrics was tested. The effects of electromagnetic wave frequency,the type of yarns,and the fabric structure on the fabric shielding property were compared. Results show that,both of the yarns could meet the requirements of weaving property of computer knitting machine. Core-spun yarn has higher tensile strength. Plain-knitted fabric has the minimum unfullness coefficient,and the maximum jacquard stitch. With the increase in the electromagnetic wave frequency,the reflection loss of fabrics gradually reduces; the absorption loss increases gradually. And the multiple reflection correction maintains a relatively small value. The unfullness coefficient and shielding property have significant linear negative correlation within1000 MHz. Shielding property of sirofil yarn is sightly lower than that of core-spun yarn,but the difference is small.
