摘　　要：在全球化的环境下,中国的语言服务行业蓬勃兴起,社会市场需求创新型翻译专业人才,要从营造创新教育环境,完善应用型人才培养的课程体系,建立问题或项目导向的课程教学模式,注重过程和突出能力的教学效果评价体系等方面构建创新型翻译专业人才培养模式。Under the globalization, language service industries in China are booming, the demand for innovative professional translation talents is on the rise. Through the analysis of the necessity and objectives of innovative professional translation talents cultivation, The cultivating mode of innovative translation talents and its relevant measures in universities are proposed： setting good education environment for innovation, perfecting the course system of applied talents training, establishing a problem or a project based teaching mode, improving the evaluation system on teaching effects etc.
