大学生学习积极性不高的福利损失分析

摘　　要：大学生学习积极性不高是目前大学的一个普遍现象,为此本文从帕累托最优、X低效率、学生剩余、成本-收益角度分析大学生学习积极性,得出大学生学习积极性不高是会有福利损失的,因此学校应规范管理,完善教学条件;教师应增强学习意识,家长应加强教育学习,改变子女教育方法;大学生自身应增强福利意识,树立远景目标。Lack of College Students ＇Study Initiative is a common phenomenon in the University. We analyze college students＇ study Initiative from Pareto Optimality, X-inefficiency, Student surplus and cost benefit, As a result, Lack of College Students ＇Study Initiative has welfare loss. So the university should regulate management, improve the teaching conditions. The teachers should enhance study consciousness, rich the teaching content. The parents should strengthen education and studying, Change children＇s education method. College students should enhance their sense of welfare, set up a long-term target.
