细节管理在神经内科护理管理中的效果分析

摘　　要：当前,神经内科护理管理严格执行患者为中心宗旨,改善护理工作,提高患者满意度及护理质量,确保患者安全。细节管理为管理新形式、新方法和新思想,通过辨认细节、分析细节、完善补充、延伸控制等过程,加强护理管理,抓好护理质控,减少差错事故。此文主要对神经内科细节管理应用和重要性作出分析。Currently, the nursing management in the department of neurology strictly carry out the patient-oriented idea, improve the nursing work, improve the satisfactory degree and nursing quality of patients and ensure the safety of patients, the detail management, as a new form, new method and new idea, enhances the nursing management, does a good job in the nursing quality control and reduces the errors by recognizing and analyzing details, improvement and supplementation, ex-tended control. The paper mainly analyzes the application and importance of detail management in the department of neurol-ogy.
