摘　　要：目的调查产科病房护理过程中纠纷发生的原因并探究其预防措施。方法通过对产科病房护理过程中纠纷发生的原因进行分析和评估,并提出和实施相应的预防措施。结果预防措施的实施可提高护理满意度,减少产妇临床并发症的发生,降低产科病房的不良事件发生率。结论产科护理人员加强护患沟通的同时,提高专业技术水平,增强护理责任心,强化法律意识,全面提高护理质量,可有效减少纠纷的发生。Objective To survey the occurrence causes and preventive measures of disputes in the nursing process in the obstetrical ward. Methods The occurrence causes of disputes in the nursing process in the obstetrical ward were analyzed and evaluated, and the corresponding preventive measures were put forwards and implemented. Results The implementation of preventive measures can improve the nursing satisfactory degree, reduce the occurrence of clinical complications of de-livery women, and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events in the obstetrical ward. Conclusion The obstetrical nursing staff should enhance the doctor-patient communication, improve the professional level, enhance the nursing responsibility, intensify law awareness and comprehensively improve the nursing quality, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of disputes.
