摘  要:目的建立一种简便、快速、准确、可靠的GC-MS检测生物检材中敌敌畏的方法。方法用无水Na2SO4把生物检材拌成干沙状以后,用氯仿-丙酮(6:1)进行提取分离,GC-MS对样品进行分离分析,用总离子流图(TIC图)中敌敌畏的保留时间及质谱图中对应的特征离子碎片定性。结果该方法简单易操作,背景干扰小,分离效果好,分析速度快,敌敌畏的保留时间为4.895 min、特征离子碎片(m/z)为79,109及185。结论该方法可用于法医毒物分析生物检材中敌敌畏的检测,结果令人满意。Objective To establish a simple, rapid, accurate and reliable method of detecting the dichlorvos in the biologi-cal samples by GC-MS. Methods The biological samples were given extraction and isolation by chloroform-acetone (6:1) af-ter they were mixed in the dry sand shape, the samples were given isolation and analysis by GC-MS, and were given quali-tative analysis by the dichlorvos retention time in the total ion current chromatogram (TIC picture) and corresponding char-acteristic ion fragments in the mass spectrum picture. Results The method is easy to operate with small background inter-ference, good isolation effect and rapid analysis speed, and the retention time of dichlorvos was 4.895min and the character-istic ion fragments (m/z) were 79, 109 and 185. Conclusion The result of the method in detecting the dichlorvos in the bio-logical samples in the forensic toxicological analysis is satisfactory.
