摘 要:通过运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对马拉松项目的训练规律进行分析,探索马拉松训练的特点。研究发现:马拉松项目的训练负荷分为四种不同的负荷强度,分别为最大摄氧量供能系统的训练、无氧阈供能系统的训练、糖脂协调供能系统的训练和脂肪供能系统的训练。根据不同阶段的训练目的各种课型所占的比例不同,冬训的第一阶段以脂肪供能系统训练课和糖脂协调供能系统训练课为主,第二阶段增加了脂肪供能系统训练课所占的比例,降低糖脂协调供能系统训练课所占的比例,第三阶段则以糖脂协调供能系统训练课和无氧阈供能系统训练课和最大摄氧量供能系统训练课为主,脂肪供能系统训练课作为恢复手段。根据课型的不同又分别采用持续训练法和间歇训练法等不同的训练方法。by using the method of documentary and expert interview law of training for a marathon project analysis, to explore the characteristics of the training for a marathon.
