摘  要:近年来,中小学新手体育教师专业成长问题成为教育界关注的热点,能否提出新手体育教师岗位适应能力的有效途径,将成为新手体育教师专业成长的重要保障。该文利用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,对中小学新手体育教师专业成长的影响因素进行研究。研究建议,采用"师徒帮带""教师本位论""内容丰富"几种教育理论与体育实践相结合的教育培养策略,以此推动中小学新手体育教师专业的成长。In recent years, primary and secondary schools novice physical education teachers' professional development issues become the focus of attention in the education circle, can offer a new sports teachers of post ability to adapt to the effective way, will become novice physical education teachers' professional development an important guarantee. In this paper, using the methods of literature and logic analysis, this paper studies the factors that influence the professional growth of novice teachers in primary and secondary schools. Research suggests that, by 'mentoring' 'teacher based theory' 'rich' the combination of several educational theory and practice in sports education and training strategies, in order to promote novice in primary and secondary school physical education teachers' professional growth.
