摘  要:在Shim—pack VP—ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,4.6μm)上进行分离,以0.01mol/L的磷酸二氢钾溶液一乙腈(体积比为85:15)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为225nm,柱温为400℃,建立了反相高效液相色谱法fRP—HPLC)测定硫酸沙丁胺醇片和气雾剂中沙丁胺醇含量的方法。结果显示:沙丁胺醇在0.5~20μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9988,RSD为3.21%fn=61,硫酸沙丁胺醇片和气雾剂的回收率分别为105.69%和91.62%。利用此方法测定硫酸沙丁胺醇片和气雾剂中沙丁胺醇的含量,具有方法简便、快速、准确可靠的优点,可以作为沙丁胺醇药物制剂的含量测定和质量控制。The method employed a shim-pack VP-ODS column (150mm×4.6mm, 4.6μm) and a mobile phase of 85 volumes of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 15 volumes of acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 225nm;The temperature of column was 40℃. A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for salbutamol of salbutamol sulfate tablets and salbutamol aerosol was established. The results show that the liner range of salbutamol was 0.5~20μg/mL, r=0.9988, and RSD was less than 3.21% (n= 6). The average recover was 99.73% and 91.62%. This method was found to be simple, quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of salbutamol in salbutamol sulfate tablets and salbutamol aerosol. It can be used as the content determination and quality control of pharmaceutical preparations of salbutamol.
