摘  要:为优化工程施工,采用ABAQUS商业有限元软件建立运动轨迹为圆弧的管道牵引施工有限元模型以及管道供水过程中的流固耦合模型,分析PE100给水管道在牵引施工及供水过程中的应力应变分布.结果表明,安装后管道前部拉应力较大,在拉应力作用下将发生急剧老化甚至延性断裂失效,需去除后再与石墨管连接,其余位置均在安全范围内,不会发生失效;在供水过程中,管道上部大部分位置与预挖孔有接触,下部分处于悬空状态,产生较大的位移,部分区域存在压力变化,且不同位置的环向应力不一样,但不会造成延性断裂失效.In order to optimize the engineering construction, traction construction and water supply process of PE100 pipe models were analyzed using ABAQUS FEA, and stress and strain distribution of PE100 pipe in the processes were obtained and analyzed. The results indicated that the larger tensile stress on the front of pipe after installing will cause rapid aging and even ductile fracture failure on the front of pipe, which need be removed before the pipe is connected with the graphite tube. The rest of the pipe is within the scope of security free of the danger of failure. In the process of water supply, most of the upper pipe contacts with the pre- excavated hole while the lower part is in a suspended state with fairy large displacement. The water pressure of the pipeline varies on some parts of the pipeline, and the hoop stress is different on different positions. But they will not cause the ductile fracture failure of the PE100 pipe.
