摘　　要：目的对腹腔镜与小切口胆囊切除术的临床疗效进行对比分析,探讨不同术式的临床价值。方法对182例胆囊疾病患者使用不同术式进行问卷调查研究,其中腹腔镜组91例,小切口胆囊切除术组91例,使用美国健康观察状况表对两组患者进行综合评价。结果通过分析两组患者术前、术后的各项指标可知,腹腔镜组的健康观察状况总分、主观状况评分及生理功能状态评分在术后第2周降低不明显,术后第4周可恢复至术前水平,术后6周即可达到正常水平;小切口胆囊切除术组上述各项指标在术后第2周明显降低,术后第6周方可恢复至术前水平,术后第8周才可恢复正常水平;两组各项指标术后第2~6周差异明显,术后第8周无明显差异。结论腹腔镜相比小切口胆囊切除术,患者术后健康状况可较快恢复。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of laparoscope and mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy and study the clinical values of different operation methods. Methods 182 cases of patients with gallbladder diseases were divided into the laparoscope group and the mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy group with 91 cases in each, and the two groups were given overall assessment according to the American health observation status table. Results The analysis of various indicators before and after operation of the two groups showed that the decrease of health observation status total score,subjective condition score and physiological function state score was not obvious in the laparoscope group in the second week, returned to preoperative level in the fourth week and reached a normal level in the sixth week, while in the mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy group, various indexes obviously decreased in the second week after operation, returned to preoperative level in the sixth week and returned to a normal level in the eighth week, and the differences in various indexes between the two groups in the second to sixth week after operation were obvious, and there was no obvious difference in the eighth week after operation. Conclusion The health condition of patients after operation can rapidly recover in the laparoscope group compared with that in the mini-laparotomy cholecystectomy group.
