河南省基层医疗机构中医药卫生资源基本状况的研究

摘　　要：目的研究河南省基层医疗机构收入状况和医务人员的数量以及中医药人员的数量是否满足该省人民群众看病就医的基本卫生需求。方法采用药物流行病学整群调查为主,抽样调查为辅的研究方法,统一填报调查表收集相关信息,分析河南省基层医疗机构收入状况和医务人员数量以及中医药人员的具体情况。结果河南省基层医疗机构之间收入严重不均衡,医务人员数量,特别是中医药人员匮乏,不能够满足该省群众基本卫生需求。结论结合河南省实际情况,提出提高河南省基层医疗机构医务人员和中医药人员的必要性和途径。Objective To research whether the income condition, medical staff number and Chinese medicine staff number in the primary medical institutions in Henan province meet the medical treatment basic health demands of people. Methods The drug epidemiology cluster sampling was adopted as the main research method, and the sampling survey was adopted as the adjunctive research method, and the survey table was uniformly filled in and the related information was collected, and the specific conditions such as the income condition, medical staff number and Chinese medicine staff number in the primary medical institutions in Henan province were analyzed. Results The incomes between different primary medical institutions in Henan province were seriously unbalanced, and the medical staff number, especially the Chinese medicine staff number is shortage, failing to meet the basic health demands of people in Henan province. Conclusion We should point out the necessity and way of improve the number the medical staff and Chinese medicine staff in the primary medical institutions in Henan province combined with the practical condition in Henan province.
