摘　　要：目的了解小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期抗菌药物预防应用情况,为围手术期合理用药提供参考。方法采取回顾性分析方法,抽取该院2011年1月—2013年12月小儿腹股沟疝手术患者出院病历,填写围手术期抗菌药物预防应用情况调查表,并对围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况进行分析。结果共抽取2327份小儿腹股沟疝手术病历,围手术期抗菌药物使用率38.72%(901/2327),品种选择合理率37.07%(340/901),给药时机合理率77.03%(694/901),给药疗程合理率69.92%(630/901),抗菌药物品种以β-内酰胺类使用频率最高。结论小儿腹股沟疝修补术围手术期预防用抗菌药物存在预防用药档次偏高、使用疗程过长等问题。应进一步采取针对性干预措施,促进临床合理用药。Objective To know the predictive application condition of antimicrobial drugs in the repair inguinal hernia in children in the perioperative period and provide reference for the rational medication in the perioperative period. Methods The discharge medical records of children with repair inguinal hernia in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, and the predictive application condition survey table in the perioperative period was filled in,and the application condition of antimicrobial drugs in the perioperative period was analyzed. Results 2327 pieces of medical records of repair inguinal hernia in children was extracted, and the use rate of antimicrobial drugs in the perioperative period was 38.72%（901/2327）, the reasonable rates of variety choice, administration opportunity and administration treatment course were respectively 37.07%（340/901）, 77.03%（694/901） and 69.92%（630/901）, and the use frequency of β-lactams was the highest in the antimicrobial drug varieties. Conclusion The predictive application of antimicrobial drugs in the repair inguinal hernia in children in the perioperative period has the problems of higher predictive medication rank and overlong use treatment course, and we should further adopt the targeted intervention measures to promote the clinical rational medication.
