摘　　要：随着现代化信息的发展,病案复印的价值越来越高。该文分析采取引入快递服务于病案复印工作中的措施,能够有效提高工作效率,改善服务质量,减轻患者负担,保护患者隐私。充分体现了"以患者为中心"的服务理念,提高了服务水平及患者满意度。With the development of modern information, the value of disease case copy is higher and higher, the introduction of express service in the disease case copy work can effectively improve the work efficacy, improve the service quality,relieve the patient＇s burden and protect the patient＇s privacy, which fully reflects the patient-oriented service idea and improves the service level and patient＇s satisfactory degree.
