按摩脊背区对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察按摩对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。【方法】将40只小鼠随机平均分为对照组、模型组、按摩组和按摩+模型组,采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法建造免疫抑制模型,通过脊背提拿按摩手法观察其对各组动物增重、免疫器官指数以及脾脏淋巴细胞增殖。【结果】(1)模型组与对照组相比,增重、免疫器官指数和脾脏淋巴细胞增殖各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);(2)按摩+模型组与模型组相比,增重和脾脏B淋巴细胞增殖显著高于对照组(P<0.01),脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖无差异;(3)按摩组与对照组相比,胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.01)。【结论】按摩能在一定程度上有效调节小鼠的免疫功能。【Objective】The aim of this paper was to study the effect of massage on the immune function in mice.【Methods】Forty mices were randomly divided as control group,model group,massage group and the massage ＋ model group.An immune suppression model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.The weight gain,immune organ index and spleen lymphocyte proliferation were observed in each group after treatment of massaging the back area in mice.【Results】（1）The weight gain,immune organ index,spleen lymphocyte proliferation index were significantly lower in massage group than those in control group（P〈0.01）.（2）Massage＋ model group had a higher weight gain and the proliferation of B lymphocytes in the spleen than model group（P〈0.01）,and the proliferation of T lymphocytes in spleen showed no difference between model group and massage＋ model group.（3）The thymus index was found to be higher in massage group than that in control group（P〈0.01）.【Conclusion】Massage can effectively regulate the immune function of the mice to a certain extent.
