摘 要:壳聚糖及其衍生物因具有抗菌、透气、生物相容、生物粘附等特点已广泛应用于创口敷料的研制中。市售创口敷料有很多,然而并非都满足理想的创口愈合过程的要求,如广谱抗菌性、吸水性、溶胀性、机械强度等。本文综述了近年来为改进壳聚糖基创口敷料性能的研究新进展,并对其进一步的研究方向进行了展望。Wound dressing is one of the most promising medical applications for chitosan and its derivatives owing to their advantages as antimicrobial character,gas permeability,biocompatibility,bioadhesion,etc.A variety of wound dressings are available,However,not all of the wound dressings meet the specific requirements of an ideal wound dressing to consider every aspect within the wound healing cascade.For example,wide-spectrum antimicrobial properties,water-uptake,swelling,machinery performance,etc.This review aims at taking a closer look on the chitosan and its derivatives and their applications in wound dressings,and to prospect the future research on wound dressing materials.
