摘  要:探讨了三叶鬼针草茎水提液对井栏边草配子体的生长的影响,采用梯度浓度的三叶鬼针草茎水提液(0%,12.5%,25%,50%和100%)对井栏边草配子体进行处理,以验证三叶鬼针草茎水提液对井栏边草配子体的化感作用。在第2,4,6,8和10d时,分别选取井栏边草配子体的叶绿素含量和细胞电导率指标对茎水提液化感作用的影响进行分析。实验结果表面,随着三叶鬼针草茎水提液浓度的升高,叶绿素a,叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素以及叶绿素总量均随之下降,其中叶绿素b的下降与叶绿素总量的下降的程度相近,叶绿素b含量在整个配子体中比例约占25.62%,在100%处理组第10d时,在叶绿素b和总量均下降的情况下,该比例下降到了24.87%。同时细胞电导率也随着茎水提液的处理浓度升高而显著性的升高,各处理组在第10d电导率的增加率是第2d的94%,86%,109%和66%,而伤害度也随着处理浓度的增加而产生显著性的增加。在三叶鬼针草茎水提液的处理下,叶绿素含量的变化和细胞电导率的变化直接反应了井栏边草配子体的光合系统和代谢系统受到了显著性的抑制作用,井栏边草配子体的正常生长受到抑制。试验说明三叶鬼针草根系分泌物对井栏边草配子体的生长和发育具有抑制作用,希望为入侵植物的化感作用研究提供借鉴和参考。This study discussed the development effects on the gametophytes of Pterismultifidathat caused by the stem leachates of Bidens pilosa.In the experiment,with the aim to test the allelopathy effects on the gametophyte caused by B.pilosaroot exudates,cultured gametophytes were under the gradient concentrations treatments(0%,12.5%,25%,50% and 100%)of stem leachates of Bidens pilosa,and at 2th,4th,6th,8th and 10 th day,the chlorophyll concentrations and the electrolyte leakage of the cells were chosen to analyze the allelopathic effects on the gametophytes.The results presented that chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid and the total chlorophyll decreased with the concentrations of stem leachates increasing.Additionally,the drop degree of the total chlorophyll had the similar trend with the chlorophyll b,and the chlorophyll b took 25.62% in the total chlorophyll in the control,and at 10 th day,the chlorophyll b accounted for 24.87%of the total under 100%treatment.Meanwhile,the electrolyte leakage of gametophyte cells also shared the same tendency with the chlorophyll.At 10 th day,the electrolyte leakage of each leachates treatments increased about94%,86%,109% and 66% than 2 th day,and the similar tendency was happened on the injured degree of gametophyte.Under the treatment of the stem leachates of Bidens pilosa,the significant decreased chlorophyll and the cell electrolyte leakage illustrated the damage and inhibition of the photosystems and the metabolic system,and the normal growth of the gametophyte was also under the control of the stem leachates of B.pilosa.Our experiment shows Bidens pilosa root exudates has the inhibition effects on the growth and the development of gametophyte,and it provides references to the allelopathy researches caused by invasive plants.
