摘 要:采用炭黑(CB)增强三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),对其力学性能以及压缩模式下Mullins效应的强化效应进行了研究,探讨了CB含量对压缩Mullins效应的增强机制。结果表明:CB增强EPDM硫化胶的压缩强度和模量均获得显著的提高;CB增强EPDM硫化胶在单轴循环压缩过程中出现了明显的Mullins效应,且在特定压缩应变下,其最大压缩应力在第一次加载-卸载循环压缩时达到最大值,在之后的循环压缩中发生不同程度的下降;提高CB含量以及增大压缩应变,Mullins效应明显增强。Ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)vulcanizate was reinforced by carbon black(CB).The influence of CB dosage on mechanical properties and strengthening effect of Mullins effect were investigated systematically.Experimental results indicated that the compression strength and modulus of EPDM vulcanizates were enhanced obviously with incorporation of CB.Mullins effect could be observed in the compression stress-strain curves of the EPDM vulcanizates during the uniaxial loading-unloading cycles.The maximum stress under the fixed strain reached a maximum value at the first loading-unloading cycle while was decreased at the later loading-unloading cycles.Moreover,Mullins effect could be significantly enhanced with increasing CB dosage and compression strain.
