摘 要:某细粒难选铜锌矿石原矿含铜0.95%,含锌8.65%,采用抑锌浮铜工艺进行铜锌分离,选铜闭路试验经过一次粗选、两次扫选、铜粗精矿再磨至-38μm含量83.57%后三次精选,获得含铜22.39%、回收率58.63%的铜精矿,选铜尾矿选锌闭路试验经过一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选,获得含锌53.62%、回收率94.86%的锌精矿,有效地实现了铜锌分离。A fine refractory copper-zinc ore with Cu 0. 95%,Zn 8. 65%. Through roughing once,scavenging twice and copper rough selecting three times then grind to- 38 μm content of three after 83. 57% of flotation processes,copper tailings through roughing once,scavenging twice and zinc rough selecting three times of flotation processes,the copper is recovered with inhibiting zinc floating copper technology. The experimental research indicates that copper concentrate is 22. 39% in copper grade,58. 63% in copper recovery,zinc concentrate is53. 62% in zinc grade,94. 86% in zinc recovery. Results show that the separation of copper-zinc.
