摘 要:针对蒙古某锌矿的矿石性质,进行了试验研究。采用铜铅混合浮选再分离工艺流程和硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠抑锌、乙硫氮捕收铜铅银工艺,铜铅混合精矿再磨、活性炭+硫化钠脱药、新型高效铅抑制剂YX-211抑铅浮铜的铜铅分离工艺,实现了该锌矿中低品位铜铅银的高效开发利用。The experimental study was carried out,according to the ore properties of a zinc ore in Mongolia.The high efficiency development and utilization of the low grade copper,lead and silver in the zinc mine was realized by the technological process of separation after mixed flotation of copper-lead. Mixed flotation process by zinc sulfate+ sodium sulfite inhibiting zinc,ethyl thio carbamate collecting copper,lead and silver,and copper-lead separation process by copper and lead concentrates grinding again,activated carbon and sodium sulfide removing reagent,new efficiency lead inhibitor named YX-211 were adopted in the study.
