摘 要:基于锌冶金中锌铁金属资源高效绿色利用和全利用周期角度,在尽可能不破坏铁酸锌晶体结构条件下,探究将锌冶金副反应产物铁酸锌作为产品独立分离出来的可能性。以广西某地冶炼厂锌焙砂为原料,在合适的硫酸浸出工艺条件下,制备出铁酸锌含量较高的浸出渣,再对其进行浮选分离提纯。结果表明,采用碳酸钠调节p H值并对矿浆进行分散,硫化钠抑制含铅矿物,并辅助丁基黄药、油酸钠捕收铁酸锌,获得的精矿产品中铁酸锌含量达到92%,实现了铁酸锌的有效提纯。Based on the efficient,green and whole use of zinc and iron metal resources in zinc metallurgy,the possibility of separating zinc ferrite as by-product from the zinc metallurgy was studied without destroying zinc ferrite crystal structure as much as possible. In this paper,zinc calcine as the raw material was obtained from a certain smelter in Guangxi. The leaching residue with high content of zinc ferrite was prepared under the suitable sulfuric acid leaching process,and was separated and purified by flotation. The results show that the zinc ferrite content of concentrate was 92%,and the effective purification of zinc ferrite was realized under the condition of using sodium carbonate to adjust p H and disperse pulp,sodium sulfide to depress the minerals with lead and collect zinc ferrite supplementary butyl xanthate and sodium oleate.
