摘 要:利用设计合成的新型赤铁矿反浮选大分子抑制剂MOD对赤铁矿反浮选脱硅进行了纯矿物单矿物和人工混合矿试验研究,单矿物试验表明在阳离子反浮选工艺中,大分子抑制剂MOD对赤铁矿表现出良好的高选择性,同时对石英的可浮性影响不大。人工混合矿试验表明,在p H值11左右时,MOD用量5 mg/L,赤铁矿品位可达65.24%,回收率为98.29%。另外,Zeta电位测试及红外光谱检测结果表明抑制剂MOD在赤铁矿表面形成了吸附,从而使得赤铁矿得以抑制。Monomineral test and artificial mixed mineral test for the pure hematite and quartz by the use of the macromolecular inhibitor MOD which was designed and synthesized in laboratory were studied. In cationic reverse flotation,monomineral test results showed that MOD could depress the hematite and had little effect on the quartz.Artificial mixed mineral test results showed that when the p H was 11 and the dosage of MOD is 5 mg / L,the grade of hematite could reach 65. 24% and the recovery was 98. 29%. The Zeta potential test and IR test suggested the MOD could adsorb on the surface of hematite,which was the reason for the depression of hematite.
