摘  要:空气源热泵因其具有方便、供热效率高而得到广泛关注,但是又由于冬季室外换热器的结霜问题导致了其效率的下降。分析空气源热泵室外换热器除霜的三个阶段,把除霜第二阶段定义为融霜过程,同时把融霜过程分为三个阶段,每个阶段建立融霜模型,与实际融霜过程进行对比,分析霜层的融化过程的传热特性。用Fluent模拟霜层的融化过程,得出重力对霜层融化过程有很大的影响,同时模拟了平翅片与带凸起翅片霜层融化过程的特性。Air source heat pump has been widely concerned because of its convenience, high efficiency and high heating efficiency, but the frost accumulation of outdoor heat exchanger in winter restricts the use of it. To analysis of three stages of air source heat pump outdoor heat exchanger, the second process is defined defrosting process, and the defrosting process is divided into three stages, and each stage builds a defrosting model, and the models are compared with actual melting process, and the heat transfer characteristics are analyzed. Using Fluent to simulate the melting process of frost layer, the gravity has a great effect on the process of frost melting, and the characteristics of the melting process of the f'm with bulges and the fiat fin was simulated.
