摘  要:预制舱式二次组合设备是新一代智能变电站建设亮点之一,实现了工厂内的集中安装和验收,也给工厂联调提出了更高要求。同时,舱内新设备新技术的应用也给调试测试提出了新的难题。针对面临的挑战,探索工厂联调模式、站域保护调试技术以及共网共口装置传动方法。通过对比先进舱后联调和先联调后进舱两种联调模式,得到先进舱后联调的方式更适合预制舱设备。舱内站域保护功能复杂,需要分模块调试各保护功能,并带模拟开关一一传动试验验证。光纤交互器能够实现单根光纤SV、GOOSE数据的重组和分离,可有效解决共网共口保护装置传动试验的难题。The secondary combination unit of the prefabricated cabin type, one of the highlights of the new generation of smart substation construction, realizes centralized installation and acceptance inspection withinthe plant and puts forwards even higher requirement on factory joint commissioning. Moreover, application of new equipment and technology in the cabin brings new problems tO the debugging and testing. In the face: of challenges, this paper explores the factory joint commissioning mode, substation area protection debugging technology as well as transmission method for the common network/port device. Through eompalison of the two modes of installation before commissioning and Commissioning before installation, it is concluded that the former is more suitable for prefabricated cabin equipment. In the cabin, substation area protection functions are so complicated that these protection functions have to be debugged for each module, and drive tests using simulation switch is needed for Verification purpose. Optical interactors can realize SV and GOOSE data reconstitution and separation for single optical fiber, thus solving the problems with the drive test on the common network/port protection deviee.
