摘  要:目的:设计一种便携式空气加压舱的空气调节装置,为患者提供更舒适的高压氧治疗环境。方法:通过对比将换热器置于舱内,对舱内气体进行持续降温的方法和换热器置于舱外,对流经换热器的加压空气进行预降温的方法的优缺点,最后选定预降温式空气调节装置。该装置由液态二氧化碳气瓶、截止阀、耐压空调箱及系统管路组成,耐压空调箱由蒸发器、保温层、压缩空气进出口及二氧化碳进出口组成。结果:该装置可使舱内的温度保持在24.5~32℃,稳压时温度变化率最大为0.2℃/min,符合国家标准。结论:该装置设计合理,不需要电力保障,不占用舱内空间,方便野战环境使用,改善了便携式空气加压舱内治疗环境的舒适度。Objective To design and implement an air-conditioning apparatus in the portable hyperbaric chamber in order to provide a comfortable environment for patients.Methods There were two apparatuses involved in the study,one was to place the heat exchanger in the chamber to cool the in-doors air continuously,and the other was to put the exchanger out of the chamber to execute pre-cooling of the passing compressed air.The pre-cooling apparatus was selected after comparison,which was composed of the liquid carbon dioxide cylinder,break valve,pressure air-conditioning box and system pipeline.The pressure air-conditioning box consisted of the evaporator,insulation layer,inlets and outlets for air and carbon dioxide.Results The apparatus met the requirements of national standards,which kept the temperature in chamber from 24.5 to 32 ℃and the maximized temperature rate as 0.2 ℃/min during voltage stabilizing.Conclusion The air-conditioning apparatus does not require any electricity supply and in-chamber space,which can be used under filed conditions and improve the comfort in the portable hyperbaric chamber.
