摘 要:目的:研究医用加速器机房辐射防护屏蔽设计方法,评价职业危害控制效果。方法:根据国际辐射防护和测量委员会(National Committee on Radiological and Protection,NCRP)发布的报告和国家卫计委发布的职业卫生标准计算机房屏蔽防护厚度,检测屏蔽效果;按照建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价规范,从机房防护、放射工作场所分区、异常照射控制、放射防护管理4个方面对项目可能产生的放射性职业危害进行评价。结果:屏蔽检测结果达到设定的管理限值要求,职业危害评价结果符合国家法律法规要求。结论:该防护改造方法可有效控制放射性职业危害,确保职业人员、患者或公众的健康与安全。Objective To study the radiation shielding design of medical accelerator room and evaluate the effect of occupational hazard control.Methods The shielding effect was measured according to the report issued by National Committee on Radiological and Protection and occupational exposure limits on computer room shielding thickness by National Health and Family Planning Commission of China.The possible radioactive occupational hazard during the project was evaluated from the aspects of room protection,radiology workplace area division,abnormal exposure control and radioprotective management based on the specification of radiological protection assessment for occupational hazard in construction project.Results The detection results met to the authorized limits well,The evaluation results of occupational hazard control were in compliance with the requirement of laws and regulations.Conclusion Occupational hazards could be effectively controlled in this radiation shielding reconstruction project,which ensures the health and safety of the radio operator,patient and public.
