摘　　要：目的:设计门诊医生站与中药配方颗粒调剂设备接口程序,提高中药房的工作效率,为患者提供更高效的服务。方法:根据中药配方颗粒调剂设备的功能,分析该设备数据库表结构,依托医院"军卫一号"门诊医生站,设计开发系统与中药配方颗粒调剂设备接口程序,其中包括提取医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)门诊医生站处方数据,实现接口程序细节及编写Power Builder 9.0代码。结果:该程序能够正确提取门诊医生站处方,并精确无误地将其推送到调剂设备端,调剂设备可根据处方直接调剂配方颗粒。结论:该程序实现了预期功能,节省了中药房处方的录入时间,提高了配方颗粒调剂工作效率。Objective To design an interface program between outpatient doctor workstation and Chinese herbal granule dispensing device in order to realize automatic dispensing of the device.Methods The interface program based on No.1Military Medical Project outpatient doctor workstation was designed with the analyses on the functions of the dispensing device and the table structure of the device database,which acquired the data on medical prescription from the outpatient doctor workstation and implemented interface details and Power Builder 9.0 code.Results The interface program could extract the prescription from the doctor workstation and then transmit it to the dispensing device,then the device executed dispensing automatically according to the prescription.Conclusion The interface program meets the desired requirements,and saves time for inputting the prescription and enhances the working efficiency of dispensing.
